TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Management has exclusive rights to decide ranking criteria on open merit based on total score and the time taken to attempt the ITSO Olympiad
  • While appearing for the online exam students are not allowed to look around as the Camera will capture the photos while attempting the test. If the image captures any other person except the student, the student will get disqualified. Video recording is done at the time of the test/exam only.
  • During the test/exam, if any malpractice is observed in the image captured, in audio & video recording, the student will be disqualified. No questions related to this are entertaining.
  • Throughout the test/exam, multiple images are captured randomly, video and voice are recorded till the test/exam are completed for any prompting of answers.
  • Students cannot open any other tab while attempting an exam as the screen is recorded. If found, the student test/exam is terminated. No questions related to this are entertained
  • Student Login is for SINGLE USE only. If multiple logins observed with the same ID & Password observed in different devices at the time of the test/exam, the student will be disqualified for the particular test/exam.
  • Online test/exam rules are very strict and are an important part. Therefore, it must be considered with priority and no negligence of rules will be tolerated
  • Audio-Video recording and Image capture during the test/exam will not be provided to any student/parent/guardian as it is strictly confidential. No questions related to this are entertained.
  • If the student fails to attend the ITSO Olympiad test for any reason a second chance will not be provided. The student is solely responsible to attend the test as per the schedule announced
  • If a student fails to attend the ITSO Olympiad test the postponement of the same will not be done. Rescheduling will not be done. The questions related to the same are not entertained.
  • If there is any threatening/illogical argument regarding the exams, pattern, results and/or awards, even after primarily agreeing to all the conditions & replied with the specific resolutions to the queries, then the Subscription & Scholarship of the said participant will be terminated & results will be discarded
  • The decision taken by the Management of ITSO Olympiad will be final and will be abiding by all related to the same.
  • Changes in the policies along with Terms & Conditions can be done in the terms and conditions at any time and without notification; users are bound by such amendments and should accordingly visit this page regularly to review the current terms and conditions.
